1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and naghad88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using naghad88 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using naghad88 and close your account (if applicable). Continued use of the platform after being notified of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with naghad88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of naghad88 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person, company, or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of naghad88, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account closed by naghad88 for breach of these Terms.

naghad88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers on naghad88, you must register a player account via the naghad88 Login page. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. 3.2 One Account Per Household

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on naghad88 is ৳500 per transaction for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank card and bank transfer methods may differ and will be displayed at the point of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name.
• Any active bonus funds and associated winnings remain subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

4.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions

naghad88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law. In such cases, naghad88 may freeze the account pending investigation and will cooperate with relevant authorities as required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

naghad88 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to: a first-deposit welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins on featured slots, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Bangladesh national holidays. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by naghad88 carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap applicable to each bonus are stated in that bonus's individual promotional terms, which are published on the relevant promotions page. In the absence of specific terms, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified players who are 18 years of age or older and who have not previously been excluded from promotional participation. naghad88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other forms of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.

5.3 Seasonal & Festive Promotions

naghad88 runs special promotions during key events in the Bangladeshi calendar. These may include enhanced deposit bonuses during Eid, free spins packages during the BPL cricket season, and cashback offers around Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year). Each such promotion will carry its own specific terms and an expiry date. Promotions are not transferable and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5.4 Welcome Bonus — Key Conditions

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing members only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address.
• The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration.
• The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500.
• The maximum bonus amount awarded under the welcome offer is ৳20,000, regardless of deposit amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unused bonus and associated winnings will be removed from the account.

6 User Obligations

By using naghad88, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a fair, honest, and respectful manner at all times. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
• Use any software, script, bot, spider, crawler, or automated tool to access, scrape, or interact with naghad88 in a manner not expressly authorised.
• Engage in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or other fraudulent activity in connection with any game or betting market on the platform.
• Attempt to exploit any technical error, system vulnerability, or software bug in the platform's games or infrastructure. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Use funds of criminal origin to make deposits on naghad88. The platform is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse naghad88 staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempt to access another player's account or to obtain another player's personal or payment information by any means.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of naghad88, including SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor authentication, or session management systems.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your naghad88 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@naghad88. Upon receipt of your closure request, naghad88 will process any remaining eligible real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) within 5 business days. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Closure by naghad88

naghad88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or the referral programme.
• Player self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling may be becoming a problem are encouraged to use naghad88's self-exclusion tool. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted by contacting support@naghad88. Once activated, self-exclusion prevents the player from accessing their account, making deposits, or claiming bonuses for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, naghad88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any individual game.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party software failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your naghad88 Login credentials.

naghad88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. naghad88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude naghad88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through naghad88's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. naghad88's internal complaints process can be initiated by emailing support@naghad88 with the subject line "Formal Complaint".

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and naghad88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties.
